Please read and agree to the terms and conditions of “MEDiCRUISE” services before registering for a provisional membership.
After registering as a temporary member, you will be able to log in to My Page.

Membership Screening
The secretariat will verify your eligibility for membership.
The secretariat will contact you separately by email to verify your identity and other details. The review process will take approximately five business days. -
Notification of review completion and payment
After passing the membership screening, the secretariat will send you an email notifying you of admission approval and providing you with a full membership application form.
Fill out the application form and reply the email.
After the secretariat confirms your membership application form, please pay the admission fee from My Page. -
Payment of admission fee

Acceptable credit cards are: VISA, MASTER, JCB, DINNERS, and AMERICAN EXPRESS -
Payment of annual membership fee
Please pay annual membership fee by creadit card from My Page
Once the payment of annual membership fee is completed, you will be a full member
From the next fiscal year, annual membership fees during the membership period will be paid automatically after prior confirmation. -
Full-membership completion notification
After confirming payment of the admission fee and annual membership fee, we will promptly notify you of your full membership completion.
After that, you will be able to come to Japan, and apply for a comprehensive medical examination.
The secretariat will contact you regarding schedule adjustments, etc.
Medical checkup process

Initial reservation
Please submit your preferred checkup date through the “Contact Form”.
Reservations are accepted for dates six months or less in advance. After your reservation, you will receive a confirmation notice for the preferred date.
After the reservation is confirmed, the secretariat will contact you in the following steps.
Approximately two months before the reservation date: Notification of schedule confirmation
Approximately one month before the reservation date: Notification of schedule re-confirmation
Approximately one week before the reservation date: Final confirmation -
Travel arrangement
Members are responsible for arranging their own airline tickets to Haneda or Narita Airport.
All inclusive (health checkup, transportation to and from the hospital (within Tokyo only), and accommodation costs during the health checkup) -
Transporation upon arrival and departure
If you need transportation to the hospital, please email us your desired date, time, and location at least two weeks prior to your checkup.

Day of the health screening
Day 1: You will be picked up at a pre-determined date/time/place. After arrival to the hospital and completion of the preliminary checkup procedures, you will be guided to your accommodations, briefed on the guidelines for the medical checkup, and given a medical interview.
Day 2: Full-day checkup.
After the completion of the medical checkup and post-medical briefing, please use a courtesy car to the location of your choice (within the 23 wards of Tokyo). -
Checkup results
The results of the medical examination will be sent directly by post from the hospital.

Reservation for the next year
The hospital will notify you of the recommended screening date based on the screening schedule and results of the first year. Then please email the secretariat with your preferred date for the next screening.
